The Haiba YS137 well block is located in Xuyong County, Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, covering an area of 141.38km2, and is within the natural gas shale gas CBM mineral rights in the Yunlian-Weixin area of Yunnan and Sichuan. Fourteen shale gas development platforms, one gas gathering station and five gathering pipelines (with a total length of 18.63km) and the Tonggou sewage pipeline have been deployed in the block. The shale gas production capacity construction project of Haiba YS137 well area is located in the Wufeng Group-Longmaxi Group, and the gas collection and transmission on the ground adopts the gas-liquid distribution scheme, which will achieve a shale gas production scale of 6.0×108m3/a after the completion of the project, including platform drilling project, gas collection project and ground collection and transmission project.

 

The main content of the platform drilling project is to build 10 new drilling platforms (YS137H5, YS137H7, YS137H8, YS137H9, YS137H10, YS137H11, YS137H12, YS137H13, YS137H15, YS137H18), and rely on the existing 7 platforms to add 94 new drilling wells. Each drilling platform is equipped with drilling and fracturing operation system, drilling mud preparation system, drilling mud recycling system, fracturing fluid mixing system, overlapping fluid tank, drilling mud treatment system, diesel fuel tank, acid collecting pit, spraying pit, oil separator, hazardous waste storage room, and so on. The well type of the project is horizontal well and hydraulic fracturing process is adopted.

 

The main content of the gas extraction project is the deployment of 17 gas extraction stations (13 new gas extraction stations and 4 relying on the existing gas extraction stations), and each platform gas extraction station is equipped with a sand removal and separation metering skid, a pipe cleaning (out of the station) skid, a venting system, and a gas field water collection tank (1×50m3).

 

The main construction content of the ground gathering and transmission project is to build a new YS137H12 gathering and booster station (booster and gathering scale of 150×104m3/d), expand the YS137H1 gathering station (new booster scale of 50×104m3/d, no change in gathering and transmission scale), and add new inlet/outlet and clearing valves in the constructed Yushanba dewatering station. There are 12 new gathering pipelines, with a total length of about 73.1km, design pressure of 4.0MPa and 8.5MPa, and gathering pipelines laid in the same ditch with a design pressure of 6.4MPa.
