A number of RTP Group's care classes and mother and baby care rooms were awarded the title of provincial demonstration sites

In order to conscientiously implement the deployment and requirements of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions on helping female workers to solve their worries about childbirth, the Group's Women's Work Committee of Trade Unions, in accordance with the standard of "practical, advanced, durable and long-lasting", has promoted the construction of love care classes and mother-infant care rooms in accordance with local conditions and under the normal situation of epidemic prevention and control. Recently, we learned from the "Notice on 2022 Provincial Demonstration Points of Caring Care Classes and Mother and Infant Care Rooms" issued by the Women Workers Committee of Shaanxi Provincial Federation of Trade Unions that two Caring Care Classes and four Mother and Infant Care Rooms of the Group were named as 2022 Provincial Demonstration Points.

The creation of small construction and big care, mother and baby care rooms and love and care classes reflects the enterprise's care for workers and greatly enhances their sense of acquisition, belonging and happiness. Up to now, the Group's labor union has built 22 provincial and municipal demonstration points for mother and baby care rooms and 6 national and provincial demonstration points for loving care classes.
