Group company held the second quarter safety production site meeting

On 25 July, the Group held a second quarter production safety meeting in Yan'an to learn and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions and criticisms and the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, to implement the decision-making and deployment of production safety in China and the province and the spirit of the Group's semi-annual meeting and the Third Safety Committee, to learn from the lessons of accidents and to push forward the three-year action of the production safety management and attack on the root causes of production safety. Arrange the deployment of safety education and training, the exchange of team leaders to improve the ability to perform safety training, to promote the "four understandings, three know-how and one familiarity", to strengthen the safety foundation of the team, and to enhance the ability to prevent accidents and hidden dangers. Yang Haifeng, deputy general manager of the Group and deputy director of the Safety Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

The meeting conveyed the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the collapse of a highway bridge in Zhashui County, Shangluo City and the requirements of Premier Li Qiang's instructions, watched a warning film on the ecology and environment of the Yellow River Basin in 2023, and briefed on the list of the Group's current major environmental protection risks and tasks and the problems exposed by the outsourcing management of the "3.30" accident. Before the meeting, the participants also collectively observed the gas field company team leader safety performance capacity enhancement training course.


The meeting requested that, first, awareness should be raised again, and effectively strengthen the sense of mission and responsibility to grasp the production safety. Secondly, the foundation should be consolidated again, strengthen the ability of cadres above the team leader to perform their duties safely, continue to consolidate the grassroots foundation, and manage the production site well. Third, we should focus on the task again, take strong measures to prevent and resolve major safety risks, and improve the level of intrinsic safety management. Fourthly, we should move the gate forward again, and do a good job of production safety during flood season. Fifth, the responsibility should be consolidated again, practice the "two safeguards" with practical actions, continue to create a safe and harmonious development environment for the sprinting of the annual tasks and objectives, and guarantee the high-quality development of the Group with a high level of safety.
