Jiangsu oil field in-depth investigation and research to solve the development of the problem

Up to now, the implementation of conventional oil and gas exploration in Jiangsu oilfield proved reserves, control reserves have completed 70% and 52% of the annual plan, crude oil production over the line operation, effectively transforming the effectiveness of the theme of education and learning into the results of reform and development to benefit the masses of employees.

In the serious organization of theoretical learning at the same time, Jiangsu oilfield solidly promote the investigation and research to go deep and practical. The leadership team went to the grassroots, sank to the front line, around the key issues related to the high-quality second venture of the oilfield and the staff reflected strongly on the hot and difficult issues to carry out research, to solve the problems of the staff, to build a high-quality "second venture" pulse to ask the doctor, and achieved visible, quantifiable, the results of mass satisfaction.

Adhering to the principle of "seeking truth from facts", we carefully organize the work of investigation and research, investigate the real situation, make practical suggestions, solve problems and promote development, and insist on investigation, communication and report writing at the same time. Since the theme of education, Jiangsu oilfield team members go deep into the HSE contracting points, party building contact points, well stations, teams and other grass-roots front-line or construction sites to carry out more than 30 investigations and studies, forming 12 research reports, collecting all kinds of problems and opinions and suggestions 158, integrated and summarized into 13 categories of 26 specific issues, for the high-quality development of enterprises to clarify the direction of governance and focus on the attack.

On this basis, the Party Committee of Jiangsu Oilfield attaches great importance to the "second half of the article" of the investigation and research, and makes every effort to break the bottlenecks that restrict the development of the enterprise. Focusing on the urgent, difficult, and sorrowful problems of the staff, the oilfield labor unions have been promoting the "eight things for the benefit of the people", solving bottlenecks in the construction of small homes for grassroots workers, alleviating the medical burden of sick employees, improving the quality of employees and enriching their amateur cultural life, and enhancing the happiness of employees.

In the first half of the year, the field achieved the most active crude oil production in recent years, a number of conventional and unconventional high-yielding wells such as side Anfeng 18B, side Fu 86-2, Hua Page 4-1 and 4-2HF were put into production one after another, safety and environmental protection were generally stable, and the staff team was highly motivated, and won 1 flag and 6 stars in the domestic upstream "Star Flag List" competition.
