Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) makes every effort to promote the equipment renewal and consumer goods trade-in work of provincial enterprises

On 4 June, the provincial SASAC held a forum to promote the equipment renewal and consumer goods trade-in of provincial enterprises. Provincial SASAC party secretary Ren Guo attended the meeting and delivered a speech, the provincial party committee political research office, deputy director of Fan Jie made a special interpretation of the relevant policies, 24 provincial enterprises are mainly responsible for the comrades, the department responsible for the comrades, as well as the provincial SASAC leaders, supervisory board chairmen, and some of the organs of the main office responsible for the comrades to participate in the symposium. The meeting pointed out that large-scale equipment renewal and consumer goods trade-in is the CPC Central Committee, the State Council focusing on high-quality development of the overall situation of the major deployments made by the provincial enterprises to raise the position, fully aware of the importance and necessity of carrying out the "double new" work. In accordance with the provincial party committee, the provincial government requirements, and effectively enhance the sense of urgency to seize the opportunity to implement the "equipment renewal, consumer goods trade-in, recovery and recycling, standards to enhance traction" four major actions, vigorously explore the market, accelerate technology and equipment upgrading, and comprehensively enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises to promote high-end enterprises, digital, green Transformation and development.

 

 

 

 

The meeting requested that we should focus on good organisation and promotion, the enterprise director should personally study, implement the responsibility to establish a mechanism to promote the co-ordination of policies, equipment, updates, demand, projects and other lists to achieve the management, at the same time, the "double new" work into the enterprise's annual target responsibility assessment. To focus on policy support, seriously plan and reserve a number of high-quality projects to meet the requirements, make full use of the province in the financial, tax, financial, project approval and other aspects of the "double new" support for the work, and actively declare the project. To focus on good coordination, the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and the cultivation of new industries with the "double new" combined to achieve "both hands" "both promote". Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission will be filed from the plan "green channel", science and technology innovation special fund support, business performance assessment, state-owned capital operating budget support for the provincial enterprises to carry out "double new" work to be supported.
