At 6:00 on November 26, the first 220kV substation (Taixing project extension substation) achieved a successful power reception. With the completion of the execution of the follow-up test of the 220kV extended substation start-up program, at 13:50 on November 27, the 220kV extended substation was fully commissioned, marking the gradual transfer of the Taixing Project to the stage of single-unit commissioning of large units, providing power assurance for the subsequent commissioning of devices, public works and production auxiliary systems. With the 220KV extended substation sending power to each sub-station one after another, it signifies that Taixing project is fully prepared for production and sprinting towards the goal of successful one-time commissioning.



It is understood that 220KV extended substation encountered a lot of difficulties in the construction process. How to achieve the goal of "double power supply and double circuit" construction of 220KV extension change has become the biggest "roadblock". As the whole park route is "saturated", in order to realize the dual power supply, as early as 2020, the extension of the CFL coordinated with many parties, and with the strong support of Taixing Municipal Government and the Management Committee, Taizhou Power Supply Company started the construction of the park change 2 years in advance, as one of the dual power supplies of the 220KV extension change. The approval and coordination of the project faced many challenges, especially the extension of the outer line erection, the line has 28 towers, divided into 2 lines, the total length of more than 4.3 kilometers, through the park 7 enterprises, Binjiang town 9 villages, while crossing rivers, highways.



The project power supply "in and out" of the big problem, when the "park Jinyan chemical company agreed to extend the construction of the 220KV extension of the outer line of the China National Fuel to stop work with, and complete the construction of line replacement." Because it is an influential chemical enterprise in the park, it needs to stop work for more than 20 days during the construction of the line change, and involves dozens of upstream and downstream enterprises in a "chain reaction". For this reason, the company has carried out 15 negotiations with relevant units, 10 coordination meetings, 7 agreement changes, etc..
