The first green mine construction training course of the group company was successfully held

In order to better support the green development of the Group and cultivate green mine construction talents, the first green mine construction training course of Yanchang Petroleum was successfully held from August 28 to September 1, hosted by the Group's Resources and Exploration and Development Department and undertaken by the Natural Gas Research Institute. More than 50 trainees from 7 units including Natural Gas Research Institute, Oilfield Company and Exploration Company attended the training.

The training invited Secretary-General Wang Liang of Zhongguancun Green Mine Industry Alliance, researcher He Qingcheng, former vice president of Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences, researcher Shi Jiansheng, former director of Institute of Hydrogeology and Environmental Geology of Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences, and professors Zhang Mao and Sun Pingping from Xi 'an Jiaotong University as keynote teachers. Through rich cases and easy-to-understand expressions, we have taught you about ecological restoration, green mine construction, innovative use of mine environmental management funds, etc., so that participants can establish the concept of green development and understand the necessity and specific implementation methods of green mine construction. At the same time, researcher He Qingcheng, the chief scientist of Double Carbon in China Geological Survey, introduced the background of the national double carbon strategy, explained the knowledge of ecological carbon sink and geological carbon sink, and elaborated the net zero emission geoscience solution in detail, so that everyone can have more confidence in the strategic development of CCUS. It is reported that the construction of green mines, as a major measure to promote the construction of ecological civilization in the mining field, has become a national normalization work. At present, Yanchang Petroleum is in a critical period of green and low-carbon transformation and upgrading.
