At present, in view of the problems of manual document flow, manual transcription of meter number and other issues affecting the receiving and unloading efficiency of imported crude oil railroad unloading, an information system transformation plan has been formed, i.e., a new set of railroad tanker information system and vehicle number recognition equipment are deployed on the railroad, which are used to realize the automatic recognition of railroad tanker vehicle information, auxiliary loading and online metering functions, so as to realize the informatization of the railroad loading data. At that time, it can effectively reduce the on-site loading and unloading time, lower the labor intensity of on-site operators, reduce human error, and further improve the pick-up and unloading efficiency.
