Yan'an Energizer: output three peaks of polyethylene film material products

(Yan'an News) Recently, there is good news from Yan'an Energy and Chemical Company, the company's high-density polyethylene plant successfully produced three peaks of polyethylene film products ACP9252, for the enterprise to expand the market, improve product competitiveness and add new momentum.

It is understood that the conversion of HDPE plant from pipe material to film material requires the use of Z509 catalyst which has never been used before, which brings a big challenge to the adjustment operation. For this reason, the technical staff of the company carefully pushed the conversion plan, made contingency plans and organized training for the shift team in advance to ensure correct operation for the control of key indicators of conversion such as temperature and pressure.



During the conversion period, the technical staff monitored the whole process and guided the team to carefully adjust the reaction temperature, pressure and catalyst feed, overcoming technical difficulties such as uncertainty of new catalyst activity and narrow control range of melt index to ensure smooth conversion.



ACP9252 has excellent mechanical properties and processing performance, and can be used to make plastic bags, hand bags, winding films, etc., which are widely demanded in the market.
