Yanchang Petroleum Gas Group Rooftop Photovoltaic Building Integration Project Generates Electricity

Recently, with a crisp closing sound, the first roof photovoltaic building integration project of New Energy Company was successfully connected to the grid.


It is reported that the project adopts a high stenting method, installing about 700 square meters of rooftop PV on the roof of the production and dispatching building of Xingang Company, which belongs to the New Energy Company, with a total of 216 LONGi 545-watt photovoltaic modules installed, and an installed capacity of 117 kilowatts. The project adopts the mode of "self-generation and self-consumption, with the surplus power going online", and the average annual power generation is about 130,000 kWh after being connected to the grid, which can effectively alleviate the pressure of electricity consumption in the production and living area of the park.


In addition, the project adopts the Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) technology, the PV roof and the building at the same time design, construction and installation, compared with the traditional "installed" roof distributed PV, not only has the function of power generation, but also has the function of building components and building materials, but also can enhance the aesthetics of the building, and the building to form a perfect unity. It also enhances the aesthetics of the building, forming a perfect unity with the building. The project has complete roof building nodes with "vise" type connections, which not only insulate and reduce energy consumption, but also have high fireproof, waterproof and wind-resistant properties. The photovoltaic module adopts double-sided 2.0mm tempered glass design, and applies the double-layer gluing process of curtain wall glass, which is of high strength and can be stepped on, eliminating the need to set up a walking channel for operation and maintenance, and the utilization rate of the roof is as high as 96%.



As of June 2023, the new energy company has put into operation five PV projects, six new PV projects, with a total installed capacity of 8.4MW. one project under construction, with an installed capacity of 5.98MW, is scheduled to be put into operation in October. Since then, the company has been focusing on improving the efficiency of energy production, independent research and development of "geothermal + photovoltaic + energy storage intelligent integrated new energy project" has won the 2022 intelligent integrated new energy demonstration project.
