Yanchang Petroleum Northwest Rubber Company successfully passed the equipment quality management system audit.

From September 13th to 16th, the audit team of China New Era Certification Center conducted a four-day annual supervision and audit of the equipment quality management system of West Oak Company. This audit checked the operation of the company's military quality management system according to GJB9001C-2017 standard, and determined whether the company continued to maintain its registration qualification through the audit.

This audit conducted on-site audits of the company's system units and departments such as rubber processing branch, adhesive tape products branch, adhesive tape polyurethane research office, Ministry of Science and Technology, Office of Science and Technology Commission, Quality Supervision Department, etc., and mainly reviewed the provisions stipulated in the quality management system such as organizational environment, risk management, quality objective evaluation, quality information management, design and development control, document record control, monitoring and measurement, procurement control, production management process, and release of products and services. The design, production, inspection and service process of military rubber compound, water storage bag and other adhesive tape products, the design, production, inspection and service process of civilian rubber compound, rubber hose, adhesive tape, rubber plate, profile and adhesive, and the inspection process of other products within the registered qualification were comprehensively and meticulously reviewed.

On the afternoon of September 16th, the company held the last meeting of this new era audit. The audit team fully affirmed the maintenance and operation of the company's quality management system, indicating that the company's leaders attached great importance to the maintenance and construction of the quality management system. The employees generally had a high quality awareness, the production process of products was strictly controlled, the products continuously met the increasing requirements of customers, the quality assurance ability was constantly improved, and the product quality was steadily improved. Finally, the company successfully passed the annual supervision and audit of the equipment quality management system.
