As of December 27, the annual total pipeline transmission of crude oil was 12.89 million tons; pipeline transmission of refined oil was 5.26 million tons, completing 105.20% of the annual plan; pipeline transmission of natural gas was 4.905 billion cubic meters, completing 100.10% of the annual plan, and purchased crude oil also exceeded the annual plan.

As an intermediate link connecting "production, refining and marketing", in order to balance materials during upstream and downstream maintenance and emergency stoppage, the pipeline company, on the one hand, actively coordinated with Changqing Oilfield to complete the signing of contracts for additional transmission and storage of purchased crude oil, and on the other hand, formulated a plan for stopping transmission on the Oil East Line and the Dingjing Line, and made full use of the regional inventory adjustment capacity to achieve The company was able to receive oil and gas smoothly and operate the pipeline safely. At the same time, we took advantage of the shutdown and maintenance window of the Yanxi Line to complete line repair, pipe replacement and ball retrieval work, as well as four pipe replacement operations on the Linzi Line in August and the expansion of the split transmission junction project at Yongping Terminal.



In close cooperation with upstream and downstream units, a more proactive coordination mechanism for supply and transmission was developed, allowing the Group's oil and gas industry chain to run more smoothly and efficiently.

In addition, this year is the first year that the Group implemented online crude oil auction. As the main body of the auction, the pipeline company insists on walking on the "two legs" of online + offline, actively refers to the international oil price to implement the auction, which strongly expands the channels of external purchase of crude oil and lays the foundation for relieving the pressure of regional operation, ensuring and improving economic efficiency.



In 2023, the pipeline company will focus on the release of upstream capacity and downstream operations and sales, continue to explore the overall coordination of the pipeline transmission process in each region, scientific organization of production, optimization of operation mode, solid station management, accelerate the construction of information technology and digital transformation, and strive to improve the quality and efficiency of pipeline services, for the Group to continue to recreate a better structure, lower energy consumption, better efficiency, stronger The "new extension" contribute to the power of pipeline transmission.
