At 11:18 on May 6, Unit 1 of the 2×1000MW project of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Fuxian Power Plant was successfully connected to the grid for the first time, and the turbine generator set started to run.

At 11:18 on May 6, Unit 1 of the 2×1000MW project of Fuxian Power Plant of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum, the first large-scale thermal power project of Yanchang Petroleum Group, was successfully connected to the grid for the first time. The unit's system status and parameters are normal and running smoothly.

The successful grid connection marks that Unit 1 of Fuxian Power Plant has the ability to transmit electricity to the outside world, and also means that Fuxian Power Plant has taken a key step from engineering construction to power generation, laying a solid foundation for the 168-hour test run of the unit.

The important tests before grid connection, such as rotor AC impedance measurement, short-circuit characteristic test and no-load characteristic of generator set, were completed one after another to ensure the first successful grid connection of Unit 1.

In the next step, Fuxian Power Plant will continue to do a good job of commissioning after the unit is connected to the grid, make every effort to ensure that Unit 2 will be put into operation on schedule, and ensure the successful completion of the unit's 168-hour full-load test run.
