Zhang Kai-shen visited Yulin Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government to inspect and investigate the relevant enterprises in Yulin.

From 21 to 23 May, Mr Zhang Kai-shen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group, and his delegation went to Yulin to visit the main leaders of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government of Yulin and attend the enterprise-land symposium to coordinate and solve the relevant problems. He went deep into Yulin enterprises, such as Yulin Chemical and Mining Company, to check the safety production and overhaul of the plant, and to promote the steady growth of the industry and the construction of high-quality projects. On the afternoon of the 21st in the Jingbian Chemical Industry Park research, Zhang Kai-sheng and his entourage in-depth yu energy chemical production plant area, on-site inspection of the second phase of the project plant overhaul, naphtha light diesel oil comprehensive utilization of the project trial, refining and chemical company Jingbian gas storage and peaking and supporting the construction of the LNG project, and sympathy for the majority of the staff working in the overhaul and trial line. 
During the period in Yu, Zhang Kai-sheng and his party also checked the construction progress of Yutianhua idle land revitalisation project on the spot, and asked the real estate company to do a good job in the overall coordination of the project, to grasp the quality and schedule management, to solve the staff's worries, and to do a good job in people's livelihood. Ltd. attended the inauguration ceremony, hoping that the company adhere to the high level of management, efficient implementation, and actively docking shareholders and government departments, and go all out to promote the Yulin coal clean fuel upgrading demonstration project preliminary work.
