Pipeline Company: Improve the quality and efficiency of storage and transportation, and successfully complete the task of oil and gas transportation in the first half of the year

(Yan'an, China) In the first half of the year, the pipeline company carried out in-depth education on the theme of studying and implementing the socialist thought of Xi Jinping with Chinese characteristics in the new era, took the "Year of Work Quality Improvement" as an opportunity, and strictly followed the principle of "sub-regional regulation and overall balance". We have implemented measures such as additional transmission and storage of purchased crude oil, adaptive transformation of storage and transportation system and net auction of crude oil to ensure the balance and smooth transmission of upstream and downstream materials.

As of June 30, a total of 6.890 million tons of crude oil was piped, 51.43% of the annual plan; 2.740.3 million tons of refined oil was piped, 54.81% of the annual plan; 2.416 billion cubic meters of natural gas was piped, 53.69% of the annual plan, successfully completing the task of oil and gas transmission in the first half of the year.

In the first half of the year, the company optimized the process flow and adopted segmented transmission to ensure the release of upstream natural gas production capacity in response to changes in production in natural gas well areas. On the one hand, the company reasonably adjusted the transmission volume and adopted staggered transmission to ensure smooth operation of the pipeline in response to the transmission pressure caused by the downstream refinery maintenance; on the other hand, the company used the maintenance period to carry out hidden defects elimination work in the pipeline of Ganquan-Fuxian section of the Wu-Yan line, the pipeline of Nosan-Ganquan section and the difficult inspection work in the pipeline of Yanxi line and South-Gan line In order to effectively maintain the safety of the pipeline itself.



In the front line of the project construction, the company cadres and workers work with all their might, and have sent to complete the Yan'an East Bypass Highway, Haoji Railway and Baoxi Railway Liaison Line and Linzi Line gas pipeline multi-out cross-routing project and the extension of the county industrial park (West) oil pipeline relocation project one-time junction operation, running out of the "acceleration" of the big work.
